Thanks again. I would simply say that this is a solution, and perhaps a unique solution. The most general solution is found by solving seven equations in seven unknowns. So I think I will now write Sections 1 and 2 of UFT321

These definitions of A and omega are also my “best guess”. The antisymmetry laws are then fulfilled as follows:

However in the definition of B the terms nabla x A and omega x A cancel in the X and Y component:

One can introduce a factor different from 1 in the Z component of omega, for example

but then the B field gets different factors:

and the antisymmetry laws are no more fulfilled. Maybe I am pedantic but a solution that is overall correct would be better.
