379(7): Orbital Equations with Spin Connection and Zero Gravity Orbit

The planar orbit is found by simultaneously solving Eqs. (18) and (19) using spin connections as input parameters. The zero gravity orbital conditions are given by Eqs. (23) to (29). The Newtonian equivalence condition is Eq. (11). The sign of v is reversed, but this simply means that the direction of the orbit is reversed. In Eqs. (25) and (26) the first numerators on the left hand sides are X and Y.
