We are planning an experiment according to Shipov here in Munich. This should be very simple: two driven gyros are rotated on a plate, without any electrostatic effects or so. If a momentum in upward direction is observed, this would be a violation of Newton’s law. Shipov asserts to have observed this.

I would like to know how these two
gyros (rotors?) are oriented?

Do you have a schematic drawing? Is it similar
to the following Sandy Kidd’s device that was based
on Prof. Eric Laithwaite’s gyro experiments?

Dr. Bill Ferrier of Dundee University had this to say
about Sandy Kidd’s device:

“ There is no doubt that the device does produce vertical lift.
Several modifications were then made at my suggestions
in order to disprove other possibilities of lift,
particularly aerodynamic effects.”

” If a momentum in upward direction is observed, this would be a violation of Newton’s law.”

First, I would need to see how your two gyros (rotors) are oriented,
but according to our Quantum Antigravity Hypothesis,
there need not be any violation of Newton’s law.
Our hypothesis not only predicts the lift in upward direction,
but also clearly understands its physical causes.

If you show me how your two gyros (rotors) are oriented,
I will let you know my prediction about the results
from your replication of Shipov’s experiment.
