361(3): New Orbital Theory from the Lagrange Derivative

ECE2 unification of gravitation and fluid dynamics into fluid gravitation allows the inference of new fundamental accelerations in dynamics and orbital theory. These are defined in Eq. (35) in plane polar coordinates. They reduce to the usual orbital theory, Eq. (60), using the new constraint equations (74) and 75). Complete detail is given of the derivation of the convective derivative in plane polar coordinates. This is non trivial because the chain rule has to be used correctly in a moving frame. The Cartesian derivation uses a static frame. Extensive calculations are given in seventy five equations.
