Energy from the Vacuum
Using google keywords “Energy from the Vacuum” brings up nearly six million entries. In ECE theory this is understood in terms of geometry, in papers such as UFT167 to UFT170 on the relevant Poynting Theorems and in many other ways. These papers have been intensely studied for years by staff and students of all the best universities. A Poynting Theorem can also be deduced from the Cartan and Evans identities via the engineering model, which produces the field equations both of electromagnetism and gravitation. Eckardt and Lindstrom, in several papers, have discussed how these equations reduce to Maxwell Heaviside, The first Casimir chip has been produced at MIT (2012), and R. l. Forward demonstrated electric energy from the Casimir effect in Phys. Rev. B, 30(4), 1700 (1984) from the Hughes Research Laboratories. Wikipedia still tries to depict all this in childishly insulting terms. As soon as the insults begin to flow we know that the strident condemnation comes from someone who is a dogmatist, and in all probability never goes into a laboratory. The websites www.et3m.net and www.upitec.org contain several working devices that take energy from the vacuum, or as I prefer to describe it: energy from spacetime. Spin connection resonance theory has shown how such effects may be amplified to very useful levels. Those who condemn, insult and threaten do great harm to physics and should be subjected to professional censure and the common law.
